| Variety’s Ultimate Awards Studio BY VARIETY STAFF For two days in late November, the Variety Awards Studio hosted talent from a cross-section of the year's notable films, representing majors and indies, live action as well as animation. The filmmakers and actors assembled for a series of panels at the Leica Gallery in West Hollywood to exchange notes about methods, goals, philosophies and anecdotes – and, since this is Hollywood, to be photographed. Variety recruited the incomparable Dan Winters to capture the eloquent group of the film biz's best and brightest. The panel discussions can be viewed online at Variety.com.
